Your responsibilities
- Coordinating all aspects of the order management process, of which, in particular responsible for order accuracy.
- Conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external customers.
- Represent Clariant to customers in a professional manner at all times.
- Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents.
- Perform claim management through the internal Quality Notification System.
- Support improvement and automation projects.
Our requirements
- Very good command of English is essential.
- Another European language - French or German would be an additional asset.
- Very good verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving approach and troubleshooting skills.
- Time/task management, attention to details, willingness to learn.
- Creativity, open mind, and a sense of humour.
- Would be an advantage:
- Experience in customer service desk or logistic, export or supply chain area
- Knowledge of SAP SD module
