Recruitment for
Currently, for one of our Clients – an Italian one of the largest producer, we are looking for a Order Management Specialist with French or Czech. The duties are mix of international customer care (contact with Czech or French Clients) and order management (contact with internal departments and mills). The place of work is Włochy, Warsaw (only hybrid system of work 50/50 is possible). Your responsibilities
Communication (via phone and e-mail) with the customers – deadline enquiries, prices, deliveries, order status, certificates, technical information, claims, payment delays etc.
Proactive follow-up of old stock and inventory tracking
Precise and effective booking of production proposals & orders based on specific inquiries from the customers – work in several different ERP systems
Coordinating the deliveries and solving delivery issues together with the logistic teams of the respective mills
Employer requirements
Excellent knowledge of French or Czech and English
Knowladge of Polish would be an asset
Experience in a similar position at least 2 years is a must!
Good knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with ERP systems of any kind will be an asset
Independence and high work culture
Customer orientation and good communication skills
