Order Management Specialist with German (Customer service in manufacturing industry)
About the job:
- Providing responses to questions via phone and e-mail,
- Process incoming orders in SAP software,
- Review customers’ orders to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery instructions,
- Cooperate with customers, sales, operations, and finance,
- Invoice customers in accordance with relevant documentation,
- Building quality relationships with clients,
- Additional support duties as assigned.
About You! The job requires:
- Fluency in German (min. C1),
- Communicative English (min. B1)
- Previous experience in the Customer Service area - preferably in order management,
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry,
- SAP and MS Office knowledge,
- Highly developed communication and organization skills,
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
