Your responsibilities
Being two-way communication channel between customer and crganization
Process all sales order types
Monitor the correctness and completion of the sales document
Taking care of complaints, give feedback, updates to customer and ensure completion
Participate in other business projects
Our requirements
At least 1-2 years in customer service in multicultural environment
Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system – good to have
Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency, CRM tools would be an advantage
Proactive customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills
Excellent communicator
Fluent English, German min. B1
