Your responsibilities
- Being responsible for End-to-End Order Management Process
- Create SAP orders and deliveries
- Coordinate of information flow between customers, transport team, warehouse and stakeholders
- Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
- Perform claim management through the internal Quality Notification System
- Sustain good relations with Clariant’s customers
Our requirements
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
- Other European language - nice to have
- Experience in customer service desk or logistic, export or supply chain area
- Knowledge of SAP SD module would be an advantage
- Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency
- CRM tools would be an advantage
- Logical thinking and multitasking mindset
- Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Creativity, open mind and a sense of humor would be an asset
