Order Management – processing customer orders in SAP
Email/phone communication to manage customer orders / issues via CRM tool
Building relationship with Business Customers (Procurement Officers)
Resolution of customer queries Proactive communication to the customer on order status and potential resolution
Adhering to work standard to ensure high quality service
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Fluent Spanish (min. B2)
At least 1 year of experience on a similar position (Order Manager, Order Management Specialist, Customer Support Agent)
Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP system in Order Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Independency and self-driving attitude
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
