Your responsibilities

  • Order Management – processing customer orders in SAP

  • Email/phone communication to manage customer orders / issues via CRM tool

  • Building relationship with Business Customers (Procurement Officers)

  • Resolution of customer queries Proactive communication to the customer on order status and potential resolution

  • Adhering to work standard to ensure high quality service

Our requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Fluent Spanish (min. B2)

  • At least 1 year of experience on a similar position (Order Manager, Order Management Specialist, Customer Support Agent)

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP system in Order Management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Independency and self-driving attitude

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
