For one of our international Clients, a company from the health and safety industry, we are looking for a:
Specialist with Swedish/Norwegian in Service Support Team
Responsibilities:
- order processing (end to end) in SAP, supporting customers with service-related problems (in-house and field)
- ensuring proper communication between clients and internal departments (sales, technicians, accounting)
- preparing proposals, contract administration
- invoicing
Requirements
- Fluent Swedish or Norwegian (preferably native or near-native), very good English (min. B2+)
- Experience in Order Management/Logistics/Service Support
- Working knowledge of SAP would be an asset
- Great communication skills, independence at work
