Your responsibilities

  • Team Management

  • Management of Product & Distribution Complaint

  • Returns Processing

  • Delivery Management

  • Customer Master Management

  • Customer Order Intake and Processing

  • Order Errors / Exception Management

  • Order Validation

  • Performing Billing & Invoicing

  • Verbal and written communication with Customers

Our requirements

  • +3 years of business experience in customer service role (Order Management Process preferred) and team management

  • Knowledge of OTC – Order Management life cycle, SAP order processing and understanding of SOX Process Control

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact .

  • Ideally fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form.

  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience

  • Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task .

  • Understanding of Supply Chain and DSCSA regulation requirements (nice to have).
