Department Overview

The Supply Chain Department is represented by a dynamic team of more than 100 people. We constantly grow and put a strong focus on development both general and individual. Within the Supply Chain we run Order Management, Delivery Management, Customer Master Data, Order Validation, Order Scheduling, Repair, Shipping or Demand and Supply Planning team. Not only do we support other departments but also each other by being there for people in the moments that matter.

Job Description

  • Ensure efficient liaison between Supply Chain, Finance and Sales 
  • Support business commitments trough on time, proactive communication as well as driving first class operation
  • Orchestrating E2E supply chain process flow for the long cycle business 
  • Focus on continuous improvement so to adjust processes, systems and develop people 
  • Manages the team to create trust and accountability 
  • Provide metrics which enable decision making process 
  • Cooperate closely with all functions within Supply Chain to improve customer satisfaction 
  • Adhere to all SOX  financial requirements and testing annually, ensuring alliance with the Quality Management System and taking part in ISO audits and conducting internal audits.
  • Use empowerment given to establish strong relationships with the business and drive importance of the role

Basic Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in leadership/managerial roles 
  • People management experience
  • Experience in dynamic environment
  • Supply Chain understanding would be a plus
  • Excellent English skills
