Your responsibilities

  • You support the team in the processing of service orders from the purchase order creation to the delivery to technicians and customers

  • You have direct contact with technicians and you are available with your teammates as a point of contact for questions and concerns

  • Ensuring the ability to deliver and on-time delivery of orders are also part of your activities

  • The dispositive processing of order changes (e.g. quantity, date, shipping method, shipping address, cancellation).

  • Your tasks also include the maintenance and administration of technician master data (e.g. delivery addresses)

  • You will be responsible for transport route monitoring and analyzing errors

  • You work on continuous improvement of individual process steps to increase customer satisfaction

Our requirements

  • You bring a commercial education with you

  • You have at least two years of professional experience in the field of logistics, ideally in order processing.

  • You have SAP knowledge preferably in the MM module

  • You are fit in dealing with MS Office products, especially Excel

  • Teamwork and communication skills characterize you

  • Good written and spoken German skills complete your profile

Job Description:

We are currently looking for German and English speaker for a position of Logistics Specialist - Order Manager Professional/ (w/m/d) in the area of Service Logistics to join our team of Regional Service Tower in Smart Infrastructure Division. The person in this position will be responsible for holistic customer and supplier support in order management mainly in the area of service business. The successful candidate should have knowledge and experience in servicing a demanding business client and be fluent in German.
