Order Processing Specialist
Location: Warsaw, Poland

We are looking now for Order Processing Specialist to our office in Warsaw, Poland. The person will be supporting our Customer Care Centers (CCC) of the Nordic countries - Sweden, Norway and Finland - with all necessary information regarding lead times and delivery dates of Schneider Electric products and solutions.

What you will do:

  • Manage processing operations of incoming orders in interface with Front-Office (CCC) and suppliers/plants
  • Support the CCC to manage effectively & efficiently customer order requirements
  • Manage CR (Complaint Request) in line with SLA (Supplier Logistic Agreement) & ensure the effectiveness of answers to the customer
  • Follow up Order Execution (delivery creation, shipment) complete process order entering till order shipped
  • Provide information flow (Lead times, delays, stock availability, blockage at Shipping Order / Material level) and any other request in logistics
  • Coordinate with warehouse for priorities
  • Participate daily in SIM SF – team meetings
  • Manage urgent customer request and returns, quality request follow up
  • Support Warehouse operation with visibility of orders
  • Control 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) and stock transfers
  • Where required prepare set of documents requested by customer (Code of Conduct / CoC, Insurance Certificate, export documents etc.)
  • Propose and participate on new improvements
  • Maintain dashboard, KPI and root causes

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • High-school or higher education degree
  • Fluent English skills (knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish will be an asset)
  • At least 2 years of experience in the area of Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management etc.
  • Good knowledge of MS office package, especially Excel and Outlook (MS Access will be an advantage)
  • High level of communication and service & customer-focus attitude
  • Good self-organization skills
  • Result orientation and proactive spirit
