Your responsibilities
Plan, organize and manage business projects for clients in the are of Order to Cash Process
Lead assessment and analysis phase specifically related to Order to Cash Process
Define improvements related to the Order to Cash in the area of Organization, Processes and Technology
Supporting transformation engagements focused at implementation of defined improvements during projects as a an independent team member
Product ownership role during implementation of digital tools improvement within the Order to Cash process domain
Master skills in digital applications that are streamlining Order to Cash Process
Prepare and run client facing meetings & workshops and produce comprehensive output
Support of project management and business change management activities
Contribution to business development activities
Contribution to development of Order to Cash related offerings
Our requirements
Previous experience (minimum of 5 years) in Designing and Delivering following processes:
Customer Service (in B2B environment)
Commercial Support (including Lead management, CPQ, Reporting)
Order Management (including order validation and fulfillment)
In addition understanding of the Invoice to Cash process
Experience in conducting process assessments and in analyzing data and metrics to measure process performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Experience in designing end-to-end Customer Experience for Order to Cash process
Experience in running consulting engagements (meeting organization, logical problem solving, clients handling skills, consistent output presentation)
Strong proficiency in O2C related software such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other ERP / CRM systems is essential. Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI can also be beneficial
Higher education degree (bachelor or master, preferably in business / finance / economics / supply chain fields)
English language proficiency; German language knowledge will be welcome
Team building and motivation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
Flexibility to travel internationally
Preferred experience in business functions transformation / optimization projects for international organizations including projects related to planning, design or migration to the Shared Services Center / Business Process Outsourcing model
Preferably owning process improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma, Certified Process Professional) and Project Management Certification (PMI, Prince2)
