CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESS SPECIALIST ITALIAN
Location: UNILEVER POLAND SERVICES, KATOWICE HUB
Department: Order to Cash Service Centre

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The process from receiving the order, processing the request, through goods delivery to cash collection is called “Order to cash”. Unilever analyzed the industry’s best practices and developed its own solution. Our model aims at benefiting from efficient centralized operations

 JOB SUMMARY: 

  • Ensuring required level of customer service, according to business needs
  • Support Customer Service processes in one of Order to Cash department
  • Lead continuous improvement agenda for served customers

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Services
  • Fluent English
  • Italian on a good level (min. B1)
  • Strong analytical skills & ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with external and internal customers
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP could be an asset
