Your responsibilities
- Creating and executing communication and change management strategy for our Customers in transformation projects
- Working for the leading companies from various sectors (automotive, media, life science, finance, etc..) as well as with external third-party agencies
- Building and implementing modern communication and gamification campaigns
- Cooperating with UX consultants to create insight driven activities
- Taking ownership on project shape and direction
Our requirements
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (theory as a minimum, certification is welcome)
- Experience in managing international digital transformation projects
- Experience in creation of communication and training strategy and plan
- Confidence in cooperation with Senior Client Stakeholders
- Fluent written and spoken English
Optional
- Experience in implementing and driving adoption of new technologies
- Working knowledge of gamification
- Understanding how to create a successful champion/ambassador network
- Experience in marketing
