OTC Billing and Reporting Analyst

Your responsibilities

• As a OTC Billing Analyst you will learn billing and reporting activities connected with Accounts Receivables, you will understand cross-country Invoicing Process and establish your knowledge across whole E2E OTC process. In your daily job you will:

• Performing all aspects of invoicing regarding EMEA Customers Portfolio, including: timely and accurate billing processing, raising manual invoices, manual debit and credit memos and gathers supporting documentation, invoice reconciliation

• Performing financial transactions including: posting of manual journal entries, calculating provisions and bad debts, preparing monthly account analysis for assigned accounts, reconciles and balances accounts

• Managing month/quarter end process and AR reporting: Cash Flow, AR Summary, past Due/Open Items reporting, other AR statistics

• Uderstanding and accounting for withholding tax, VAT analysis
