Your responsibilities
- Handling incoming payments
- Creating sales invoices
- Analyzing overdue invoices
- Posting write offs for bad debts
- Preparing the reports
- Assisting in other day-to-day administrative tasks
- Other specific activities determined for the assigned accounting area
Our requirements
- Student or recent graduate (studies related to Accounting would be an asset)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular knowledge of MS Excel)
- Very good command of English (min. B2 level)
- Analytical skills with the ability to organize and analyze data
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Proactive, self-dependent person with positive attitude
Optional
- Very good command of German would be an asset
