OtC Specialist with Danish

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring efficiency & high quality of Accounts Receivable processes
  • Customer’s accounts maintenance and reconciliation
  • Preparing standard reports
  • Making collection calls/negotiating with customers on overdue invoices
  • Cash allocation and credit risk management
  • Ensuring efficiency & high quality of Accounts Receivable processes


  • Knowledge of English and Danish (min. C1 level)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accountancy Department or Customer Service
  • Higher education (at least Bachelor degree)
  • Experience in ERP system is a plus
  • Very good communication skills, customer orientation, eagerness to learn & develop, very good teamwork skills
