OtC Specialist with Danish
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficiency & high quality of Accounts Receivable processes
- Customer’s accounts maintenance and reconciliation
- Preparing standard reports
- Making collection calls/negotiating with customers on overdue invoices
- Cash allocation and credit risk management
- Ensuring efficiency & high quality of Accounts Receivable processes
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English and Danish (min. C1 level)
- At least 2 years of experience in Accountancy Department or Customer Service
- Higher education (at least Bachelor degree)
- Experience in ERP system is a plus
- Very good communication skills, customer orientation, eagerness to learn & develop, very good teamwork skills
