Your responsibilities
- Monitoring, maintaining and analyzing accounts receivable and collecting receivables (calls, emails);
- Performing cash collection and credit limit review
- Performing period/year end closing activities for OTC process
- Maintaining good relations with client
- Carrying out weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports;
- Cooperating with commercial team, customer service and other departments;
Our requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience on a similar position in OTC process
- English at least on C1 level
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Good understanding of accounting rules
- Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and team work skills
- Well-developed organization skills
- High level of pro-activeness and independency
