Order-to-Cash (O2C) Team is an integral division of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center.

The team takes care of the entire process from placing an order by customer to payment for the products. Our day-to-day operations cover everything from credit risk management, invoicing and customer billing services to collection management, resolving any possible invoices disputes and cash application.

In O2C we focus on continuous upskilling and people development and we never forget about having fun together!

Your daily tasks may include:

- Manage assigned Order to Cash process according to Standard Operating Procedure

- Propose ideas to standardizeand optimise processesacross OpCos

- Provide OpCo specific insights if required-Cooperation with Project Team

- Identify root causes of potential issues-Identify risk and preventing them in the proactive way

- Ensure process controls, policies and compliance are adhered to and suggest any improvements as appropriate

- Work collaboratively with other Teams in HGSS and in OpCo-Support and contribute to the delivery and implementation of

Our requirements

  • Fluent French (B2/C1) and English

  • Experiance in Collection for Retail Customers (multiple contact method, CFIN, customers portals), E-Commerce accounts, HORECA customers

  • Expected accounting background & expertise

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Attention to details

  • Ability to work with large amount of data

  • Ability to work with different systems

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Stakeholder management skills

  • Very good understanding of end2end Order to Cash process
