Our Polish unit employs 2,300 highly qualified professionals, providing BPM. HRO and ITO services for 27 clients from all around the world in over 28 languages. Our key areas of services are tax management, master data management, finance & accounting, sourcing & procurement, business transformation projects and audit services.

We are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of:

OTC Specialist with Scandinavian language

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash application
  • Performing cash collection
  • Deductions management
  • Orders management (review/ unblocking)
  • Credit limit review
  • Performing period/year end closing activities for Invoice to Customer process
  • Creation and update of process documentation 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Invoice to Customer (OTC) process
  • High command of Scandinavian language: Danish, Norwegian or Swedish
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Good understanding of accounting rules
  • Experience in performing month/year end procedures
  • Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset
  • Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and team work skills
