Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments invoices/balances
Monitor customer accounts on a daily basis
Identify outstanding account receivables
Use defined collection strategies to secure the payments
Register disputes and help customer service to solve them if needed
Cooperating with commercial team, customer service and other departments;
Carrying out weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports;
Taking care of department development by implementing changes and process improvements;
Participating in global and ad-hoc projects
Do you speak Spanish and English on at least C1 level?
Are you open to work in non-standard hours ( 3:00PM – 11:00PM from Monday till Friday)
Do you have experience in Accountancy and Customer Service area?
Do you have higher education (at least Bachelor degree)?
Do you have high attention to detail and ability to team-work?
Do you have communication skills and interpersonal skill to work with customers?
Finance & Accounting education will be an asset!
Knowledge of SAP ERP system will be an asset!
Knowledge of Collections procedures will be an asset!
