Your responsibilities

  • Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments invoices/balances

  • Monitor customer accounts on a daily basis

  • Identify outstanding account receivables

  • Use defined collection strategies to secure the payments

  • Register disputes and help customer service to solve them if needed

  • Cooperating with commercial team, customer service and other departments;

  • Carrying out weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports;

  • Taking care of department development by implementing changes and process improvements;

  • Participating in global and ad-hoc projects

Our requirements

  • Do you speak Spanish and English on at least C1 level?

  • Are you open to work in non-standard hours ( 3:00PM – 11:00PM from Monday till Friday)

  • Do you have experience in Accountancy and Customer Service area?

  • Do you have higher education (at least Bachelor degree)?

  • Do you have high attention to detail and ability to team-work?

  • Do you have communication skills and interpersonal skill to work with customers?

  • Finance & Accounting education will be an asset!

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system will be an asset!

  • Knowledge of Collections procedures will be an asset!
