Responsible for supporting and driving sales plans, tender proposals, and demonstration of the EWL Group model to customers
Establishing and developing relationships with prospective clients
Maintaining existing client relationships ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are met via working closely with the branches
Business development activity responsibilities for all service centers in a region and supporting other sub sections of the EWL group
building strong sales channels that will provide revenues for the EWL Group's outsourcing services
responsibility for participation in tenders (including international ones) and timely delivery of necessary documentation
Monitoring and maintaining market awareness of all service centers
Controlling Sales activity and marketing plan for the region
Communicating Sales activity to the service centers
Weekly reporting of all business development activities
4-5 years of experience in sales and servicing business/key clients in the field of outsourcing services, in particular in the area of outsourcing production and logistics processes.
Business level in German language and/or proficient in English - Business level
Experience in selling services (B2B).
Experience in the HR services industry
Effective communication skills in both written and verbal
Excellent sales & negotiation skills
Strong client facing and relationship building skills

A Business Development Manager will be responsible for building a strong business, sales, and brand position for EWL through professional outsourcing services sales and daily support for key customers within a given region through market research, increasing competitor knowledge, and completing strategic sales activity. Working via EWL Solutions, you will work to increase the Client base and maximize business opportunities with an aim to make EWL Group the supplier of choice.
Working mode: remote with traveling
