Maintenance of the organizational Management data and employee lifecycle events maintenance according to corporate guidelines in SAP HR and local systems and handling of non-standards requests
Preparation of contractual agreements and letters in accordance with established templates and modification of the templates if needed – in cooperation with local People and Culture Team
Addressing all employee data related queries, updating employee data accordingly (bank details updates, personal data updates etc.)
If needed – creation of new standards for new requests in cooperation with Power Users
Providing standard and complex administrative services
Performing necessary data quality controls and filling of the supporting documents
Providing standard and complex reports upon request
Identification of opportunities to standardize and improve in-scope processes
You have an University Degree (Bachelor or Master)
1-2 years of experience in multinational organization in a similar role
Experience with SAP HR and in an administrative role is an asset
Knowledge of HR processes
Knowledge of HR data maintenance systems
Data analysis skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Swedish, French, Spanish, Danish and Dutch will be an asset
Attention to details
Knowledge of SAP is an asset
