Your responsibilities

  • As P2P Resolution Accountant you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving AP related queries and issues. Main goal of employee with this position is to capture Accounts Payables related matters and independently lead the communication with Business and Suppliers to resolve them.

  • Coordination of P2P process from vendor set-up til payment to supplier

  • Performing analysis and investigation on captured and/or raised issues (invoice/status payment, remittance advices, duplicate payments, incorrect payments, vendor creation etc.)

  • Managing client dedicated generic mailboxes

  • Ensuring that cases are thoroughly and timely solved and if needed escalated accordingly to established escalation path based on Contact Matrix in place

  • Active and regular monitoring and follow-up on unapproved, unpaid and outstanding items

  • Performing AP Closing activities in line with the given timeframes

  • Performing BAU tasks in accordance with SOC1 and SOX controls

  • Preparing reports with various regularity

  • Vendor creation activities performed in line with SOC1 and SOX requirements

  • Organizing & conducting training sessions for Client’s Team in regard to P2P process

  • Establishing good long-term relationships with stakeholders

  • Preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis based on internal needs and stakeholders’ requests

  • Co-operation with other CBRE Teams: Invoice Processing, Client Accounting, Payments

  • Taking initiatives to improve customer satisfaction - organize ad hoc calls to address issues, flag potential risks in advance, work on training materials to build stakeholders awareness/knowledge

  • Delivering process efficiencies by constantly removing wastes and developing tools for automation in cooperation with the Business Process Excellence team

  • Reviewing and updating process documentation, playbooks and guidelines

  • Supporting in system migration, changes & testing

Our requirements

  • Experience in Finance/Accounting (AP) or Finance and Accounting degree

  • Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes

  • Good MS Excel skills (especially Excel)

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Stand-alone approach to business challenges

  • Strong communication skills

  • Fluent English - B2-C1

  • Ability to drive, analyses and implement process improvements

  • Pro-active approach, willingness to learn and share knowledge with others
