Your responsibilities

  • Initiate, develop, recommend, and implement changes that improve system and process efficiencies

  • Drive & support process changes aligned with Aurora plans and initiatives

  • Implement and develop process changes bringing standardization between EMEA & NA regions

  • Act as SME for internal stakeholders

  • Work closely with Global Reporting team to ensure full coverage of AP & Proc Ops process reporting

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Build and maintain a fluent relationship with key business partners (e.g. Logistics team, Procurement managers, Plant managers, Internal Controls, operational teams), understanding their needs and working together to identify operating issues/non-efficiencies, implementing sustainable solutions and ensuring changes are timely documented in relevant SOPs

  • Driving and supporting the initiatives/projects covering cross-regional improvements and solutions in entire P2P area.

Our requirements

  • Finance or Accounting Degree

  • Relevant experience in Accounts Payable and/or Procurement Operations processes (more than 5 years)

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Very good SAP knowledge and experience

  • Very good MS Office skills, i.e. Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Power Point, MS Teams

  • Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Change agent with ability to influence at all levels of the organization

  • Fluency in English

  • Availability to work US time zone (afternoon or night shift)
