Your responsibilities

  • Monitor daily performance of the team against target

  • Lead AP team of 10+

  • Represent the team in client or interlock meetings

  • Manage stakeholder requirements or expectations

  • Assists Manager with the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service to clients and for the timely and accurate processing of complex F&A transactions and all related tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and control frameworks.

  • Respond to inquiries from suppliers

  • Work with other delivery teams working for the client

Our requirements

  • Polish, English (both fluent)

  • Italian very nice to have

  • People management skills

  • TL experience & P2P knowledge and experience

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines

  • Ability to work accurately with numbers

  • Very good communication skills, both in spoken and in written in one of above listed languages

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
