Paid Digital Media Specialist
(Google, Facebook & others)
Location: Warszawa

We are looking for an experienced and result driven Paid Digital Media Specialist to join our E-Commerce & Marketing team in Warsaw. The Paid Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, setting up and implementing company´s paid media activities. The position is based in Poland (Warsaw). Travel to Switzerland will be required occasionally.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execution of paid media mix Ecco.com accounts across Europe (PPC, paid social, display, video) including programmatic advertising
  • Tracking and managing the channel’s performance based on defined KPI (OR, CTR, CR, ROAS/CRR, etc.) 
  • Media buying (CPM campaigns) and exploring other digital channels & new media (blog networks, native advertising)
  • Creation  & optimization for various ad campaigns. Performing A/B testing & ROI optimization Maintain a close contact to Google, Facebook and other partners to improve performance and explore new opportunities.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Min. 2 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing 
  • Hands-on experience in Google Marketing Platform (Search, Display & Video, Campaign Manager), Facebook Business Manager & Google Analytics
  • Good understanding about tracking systems (Facebook pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google tracking…)
  • Knowledge of English is a must (at least B2: upper-intermediate)
  • Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills.

Nice to have:

  • Facebook Blueprint and Google certification
  • Experience in other tracking software
  • Experience in influencer marketing & platforms.
