Your responsibilities

  • Prepare, collect, and manage all employment documents

  • Oversee work time registration and provide ongoing user support to Work Time/Vacation data portal

  • Support HR Team in keeping employee’s records clean

  • Manage the flow of employment documents and provide advice/information in terms of typical labor and regulatory issues

  • Keep personnel records up-to-date, accurate and compliant

  • Together with the HR team support employee queries

  • Participate in other HR projects and be a resourceful member of a highly engaged HR team

Our requirements

  • Student or graduate, preferably in human resources, administration, management, etc.

  • Very good English - at least CEFR B2 level.

  • Available for at least 30 hours per week for 6 months

  • Emotionally mature and ethical, strong interpersonal skills

  • Details focused, well-organized and stress resistant

  • Takes the full ownership of delegated tasks

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office for work purposes

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
