Your responsibilities

  • Develops partner recruitment plans to expand current partnerships to create a balanced portfolio, grow business, and fill market opportunities.

  • Builds strong relationships with Microsoft and partner resources.

  • Understands and aligns partner’ priorities, strategies, and goals with XPLUS’s to build mutually beneficial account plans.

  • Develops end-to-end plan that fully considers short- and long-term goals, solution strategies, and performance expectations that are aligned with partner’s needs and capabilities.

  • Drive performance management of partners through monthly/quarterly reviews to review overall business performance across the organization and to measure against partners’ transformation goals and business plan.

  • Researches market and customer needs to identify where XPLUS has gaps in its portfolio of partners to meet customer needs.

  • Developing joint business plans defining Go-To-Market strategies, driving implementation of all aspects of the strategy and by orchestrating relationships between the partners technical, sales and marketing teams and XPLUS’s to achieve sales targets.

  • Track pipeline health on key deals to accelerate sales momentum and cloud consumption.

  • Drive continuous portfolio optimization of partners’ performance as measured by revenue, pipeline, consumption, usage and partner impact.

Our requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of related industry experience spread across the following disciplines: sales, business development and/or sales-driven alliance management experience and enterprise solution services (Consulting or Advisory firms) experience.

  • 3 years experience in sales leadership roles.

  • Experience in core sales, partner channel development, business development, alliance management in the technology industry.

  • Must have the ability to frame ambiguous business opportunities, create structured business recommendations, adapt quickly based on senior stakeholder input and effectively communicate to internal & external leadership teams.

  • Deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, capabilities and solutions that generate partner growth and innovation.

  • Ability to analyze partner business model & financials to develop business models and new revenue streams.

  • Experience with services partners, products selling partners, technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency.

  • Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort.

  • A BA/BS degree and an MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Partner Development Manager (PDM) is an important contributor to XPLUS’s partner engagement strategy.

PDM leads this effort in recruiting new partners, building solutions together, creating vibrant routes to market, and selling with impact to our joint customers. The goal of the Partner Manager is to the start of this journey.

PDM identifies, qualifies, engage strategic partners to XPLUS Partner’s Network. Together we can provide the best solutions at the right time, to solve customer business challenges.

You are accountable for driving performance of a managed portfolio of partners, by business priority, with a primary focus on Microsoft Business Applications, cloud services Dynamics 365, Power Platform and integrated solutions and complementary products.

PDM is the pivotal role in the relationships XPLUS builds with partner companies. PDM is responsible for engaging at the very highest level of executives building trust by sharing insights about how companies can capitalize on market opportunities by partnering with XPLUS. PDM leads the building of joint business plans defining solutions portfolio, Go-To-Market, sales and marketing strategies, driving implementation of all aspects of the strategy by orchestrating relationships between the partners technical, sales and marketing teams and XPLUS’s to ensure excellence in execution of the strategy and achieving partnership growth goals and sales targets.
