Your responsibilities
Run and manage partner projects which contribute to the XTM partner strategy. This includes content creation, webinar and event coordination, and other partner activity.
Develop the ideas, execute copy, and design briefs for partner marketing content. This will include a variety of assets including: partner marketing packs, cheat sheets, presentations, videos, demos, PR material, launch packs, etc.
Build, coordinate and manage relationships with partners and partner companies, and jointly develop and publish content.
Manage the overall communication approaches with partners in collaboration with the rest of the partner team e.g., build email sequences, monitor performance, develop partner tier systems, etc.
Become an expert on our partner ecosystem - learn about how we can grow with them, who their customers are, and how we can speak to them.
Evolve how we work with each partner group and build a brand approach and messaging for each group.
Identify smart strategies and technologies we can use to open new partner channels.
Understand the competitive landscape - be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
Monitor and measure results from partner activities, including leads/MQLs and opportunities that ultimately contribute to revenue
Collaborate with the customer success, sales and product management teams and develop materials that differentiate us and resonate with partners.
Function effectively as part of a focused, collaborative, virtual partner and marketing team, and contribute to other projects as needed.
Our requirements
2+ years of experience in partner management, customer marketing, customer success, channel sales, or related roles. Prior experience working with partners for large scale software companies is a plus
Great eye for messaging, brand, and design, and how content resonates with various stakeholders
Strong ability to learn new approaches and technologies
Experience working cross-functionally and in remote teams
Strong content writing skills in English
Experience developing messaging/positioning/personas
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong sense of ownership, organisational ability, and dedication to accomplishing goals
Experience with marketing automation software (ex: HubSpot) a plus

As a Partner Specialist, you will have the opportunity to define and drive our partner efforts. This role will connect our partner strategy with the tactics we need to ensure success in marketing and sales. You’ll build and manage partner relationships, manage projects, create innovative content and messaging that resonates with partners and the market, identifying opportunities, and enabling mutual success for XTM and our partners. This is a new role at XTM, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make it their own and evolve our partner marketing and overall customer focused marketing efforts.
