Your responsibilities
- Provide local language support for our B2B partners (1500+ fashion retailers)
- Handle incoming inquiries from Partners via chat, mail, and phone calls
- Educate partners in platform & services usage
- Solve any issues that may occur, mostly related to stock updates, order acceptance, shipping, returns, invoices and payouts
- Cocreate process improvements and contribute to their implementations
- Participate in our mission to grow fashion retailers in an online world!
Our requirements
- Key requirement : Fluent in Swedish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
- Able to start work within 2 months
- Willing to work 40 hours per week (full time)
- Legally eligible to work in Poland
- Computer savvy
- With a head for numbers
- Top-notch communication skills and high attention to details
- Capable of spreading a positive vibe amongst Partners and team members
- Experience in customer care, logistics, helpdesk or sales is welcome but not required
