Your responsibilities
Posting of purchase invoices in accordance with the accounting standards
Monitoring payment deadlines and controlling the execution of payments
Replying to internal and external queries within agreed SLAs
Performing internal controls
Effective communication with clients and colleagues
Our requirements
Academic background preferably in finance/ accounting / economics
Professional experience in AP area
Accounting knowledge in AP area
Professional experience in BPO/Shared Services would be an asset
Additional accounting courses would be an asset
SAP knowledge would be an asset
Knowledge of Ariba system will be an advantage
MS Office knowledge (mainly Excel)
Fluent English
Stress resistance, discipline, dedication
Good communication & interpersonal skills
