Payable Senior Accountant

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for cost invoice processing, control and reporting Workflow process

• Verifying incoming invoices to ensure precise and timely further processing

• Preparing posted Invoices before payment proposal (control blocked invoices, invoices needs to be processed by SSC)

• Reconciling supplier statements, vendor and GL accounts

• Verifying invoices from accounting and tax perspective

• Active cooperation with other departments, company units and trading partners

• Performing month-end closing activities including reporting

• Preparation and update of internal processes and manuals

• Maintaining a good working relationship with Local Business Units

• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
