    The Cross border Payments team provides payment processing services for Swiss clients by using different payment tools and channels. This expertized team is responsible for proper creation of SWIFT, SIC and SEPA messages. Team clarifies, fixes and processes unclear payment instructions that are out of automatic processing. Tasks performed here are unique and highly specialized. In order to secure our clients, Credit Suisse put emphasis on confidentiality, quality of provided service and security of processed transactions. As a result, Credit Suisse created and implemented new payments processing solution called Payments Processing Platform.     In this role you will be involved in:

    • Efficient, reliable processing of pending payment orders
    • Customer-oriented processing orders in different currencies according to closing time and day schedule
    • Control of payments orders and their paypath
    • Clarification and supplement insufficient or incorrect data delivered of payment orders
    • Paypath formation using available system tools
    • Quality orientation in daily business work
    • Systematic improvement of knowledge and work parameters (statistics)

    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.


    • You have bachelor’s/master’s degree
    • Your basic knowledge about payments processing will be an asset
    • You have good English language skills, German will be a plus
    • You have very good communications skills and you are able to work reliably and precisely
    • You are able to work under time pressure ensuring high quality service
    • You are a good team player with an ability to think and act independently
    • You like to execute repetitive tasks
