Your responsibilities

  • cooperating closely with local in-country teams to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time for your respective market

  • analyzing variance, payroll controls for accurate payslip generation

  • providing expertise on payroll issues, resolve employee queries and solicit advisement for complex queries

  • ensuring adherence to compliance

  • managing payroll reports for respective markets

  • preparing and submiting all necessary paperwork for tax deductions, benefits, and garnishments

  • processing benefit costs, like insurance fees and sick leaves

  • managing payment calendars for the fiscal year

  • liaising with external vendors and stakeholders (third party vendors, government authorities)

  • taking significant part in payroll related projects, e.g. process automation, system integration

Our requirements

  • you are fluent in English. Any other European language would be a big advantage (e. g.German, Danish, Dutch, Romanian, French)

  • you have at least 2 years of experience in the payroll field

  • you have a strong customer service orientation

  • you are feeling comfortable with working in Excel

  • you are a team player – empathetic, supportive, and collaborative

  • you’re able to successfully juggle multiple priorities
