Payroll Analyst

Your responsibilities

• As Payroll Analyst, you will be accountable for data integrity, payroll accuracy & compliance for the country(ies) within your scope. Your primary focus will be to ensure that payroll and payments towards employees and third parties are processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner.

• Oversee all activities necessary to process payrolls, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports and voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments, preparing monthly payroll reconciliations, journal and accrual reports.

• Be responsible for data validation, resolving discrepancies within tight deadlines, and address payroll inquiries from employees in a timely manner.

• Work with the team to contribute to continuous process harmonization and improvement, development of payroll policies and procedure documentation to ensure complete, accurate and up-to-date guidelines.

• Provide ideas, solutions, and tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of payroll operations and explore automation opportunities

• Be the main point of contact on a country level for internal and external audits by coordinating payroll feedback.

• Manage relationships with various stakeholders and payroll providers with a focus on the accuracy, timely receipt of payroll reports, and compliance with local legislation.

• Stay up to date with local payroll regulations and reply to tax notices, wage orders, unemployment claims, and government correspondences.
