Payroll Coordinator

Your responsibilities

• Provide a Payroll service and support to UK and other 35 UK Group Companies, range in size from 2 to 1200

• Processing Irish payrolls, liaising with Jefferson payroll bureau

• Prepare & maintain all necessary reports relating to payrolls

• Providing Iris (FMP) with payroll interface files based on the agency cut off

• Providing Iris (FMP) with payroll processing data – One Time Payments and Communications reports from Career Settings

• Provide cover for Senior Payroll Coordinator in their absence

• Provide cover for members of the Payroll Team during absences

• Request for payroll bacs to be processed and reports figures to Treasury

• Chasing approvals if needed

• Answering payroll queries from both FMP and the agency relating to the processing of their payroll

• Create statutory payment schedules to be provided to FMP and the agency for SMP, SPL and ShPL

• Prepare and log any RSU’s provided to be processed in the payroll

• Complete audit logs and requests

• Supporting all Pension Schemes

• Provide cover for Senior Payroll Coordinator in their absence

• Deal with any issues/queries that may arise

• Ad Hoc Queries

• Answer queries as and when they come in

• Create and process manual payment requests as and when they arise

• ONS Surveys

• Provide copy payslips and reset passwords for employees to access the ePay payslip portal
