    We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Coordinator. This role will be focused on providing a first class service to external client. You must be able to process various payrolls accurately and on time unsupervised. Excellent customer service skills are required together with wide ranging payroll knowledge to be able to advise clients and answer queries.

    Payroll Coordinator with Czech / Slovak

    • Fluent English, Czech and Slovak is a mandatory requirement.
    • Three plus years in a Payroll Office performing all payroll functions
    • Experience in SSC structures
    • Excellent skills using MS Excel, and Internet Explorer
    • Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
    • Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure
    • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines


    • Creating new processes & procedures and implementing new solutions
    • Performing monthly payroll checks and control
    • Maintain a proper document control system
    • Cooperate with other teams and departments
    • Acting as a point of contact for labor and payroll matters
    • Preparing HR reports on regular basis,
    • Administration of employees benefits,
