Your responsibilities
Execution of Authorizations for tax services and Global Data Collect process
Responsible for data gathering procedure for the multiple countries in a timely manner
Drive Operational Excellence through elimination, standardization, simplification and automation where possible
Work in partnership with other teams outside of the IMTC organization including Employment Tax, International Mobility Policy, HR Operations, Payrolls, 3rd Party Tax Service Providers, and Finance Operations, ensuring high quality compliance and exceptional quality services
Be the main contact for Payroll managers, HR, Finance for gathering the relevant data for year-end tax filing
Responsible for executing operational controls
Participate in local and global projects aimed at ensuring operational excellence
Providing input to knowledge management in the team, sharing best practices, creation and ownership of documentation/job aids
Our requirements
Tertiary education
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience working in International Mobility, Employment/Expatriate Tax, Compensation, Payroll or Finance
Ability to work in a complex, global environment with multiple stakeholders (incl. 3rd Party vendors)
English (good command, both written and oral)
Solid verbal and written communication skills required, including business writing skills
Strong IT skills (Microsoft suite of products)
Ability to deal with large and complex volumes of information
Networking and relationship building skills, able to work closely with 3rd Party Tax Provider representatives
Flexibility and resourcefulness with managing change
