Our Client, a global leader in the FMCG sector, is now looking for candidates who could join their Payroll Team. Ideal candidates have broad experience in the field and are fluent in English.
Our Client is a global leader from the FMCG industry. They operate internationally and are famous for their high-quality products.
- Projects: Master Data management from central HRIS (SuccessFactors) to local system (Payroll, ServiceNow, Concur...)
- Ensure close management of our various stakeholders in the project (IT, Finance, HR...),
- Act as a guardian of the Data Model, processes and technical architecture to ensure consistency across the regions
- Support local Admin&Payroll team understanding of impacts, added value and limits,
- Guarantee good level of information to assess the needs (compliance) and risks (data privacy, legal reporting...) to positively challenge the request considering technical opportunities as well,
- Connect and activate with the community
- Engage local HR communities around HRIS Roadmap,
- Maintain close relationship to ensure local needs are considered and ensure feedbacks on our deliveries,
- Provide training to ensure good awareness on the systems setup&evolution.
- English is a must - preferably on a C1 level
- Any other language will be an advantage (especially German, French, Spanish or Italian)
- Experience in processing payroll required - experience in international payroll is an advantage
- Broad knowledge of the HR processes is essential
- Systems knowledge is required- Workday/SAP SuccessFactors
