Your responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct payroll procedure

  • Supervise Payroll Specialist’s work

  • Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner

  • Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirement

  • Support all internal and external audits related to payroll

  • Prepare payroll calendar for the actual year

  • Approve finalized payroll files and bank transfers before releasing salaries to employees’ bank account

  • Review and approve SOX control

  • Review and approve payroll accruals and postings

Our requirements

  • Degree in business administration, accounting or finance required

  • Previous experience in payroll processing, accounting or human resources

  • Great understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes

  • Analytical mind and good math skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS (e.g. SAP, ADP, Oracle) and MS Office

  • Polish labour law, tax and social contribution regulation expertise is an advantage

  • Fluency in English is a must, in Polish is an advantage
