Manage and develop highly engaged employees, including local and remote teams in respective countries
Take an active role as a business leader within the team and support the overall objectives of the business.
Provide strong payroll leadership on cross functional teams consisting of employees, external advisors, outside vendors that interact with Payroll.
Focus on continuous improvement.
Provide both a view on planning opportunities for the future and direction on resolving complex and difficult issues.
Manage the Payroll processes ensuring compliance to the Policies and Legal requirements
One of the key responsibilities is driving standardization and continuous improvement of the Payroll
Active participation in service reviews with Business Units (incl. CFOs and financial controllers).
Proven business experience, including payroll, time and attendance
Proven management experience, managing team leaders / managers will be a plus
Experience in managing 3rd party provider – performance, relationship and process improvements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Finance or Accounting
CPA and/or MBA preferred
Demonstrated business process management desirable

You will be the Leader of multinational team (8-10 associates) located in different coutries and part of management team for Mars Global Services. The Job includes managing payroll in countries, ensuring proper processes, legal compliance, positive associate experience; building remote team and developing direct reports.
