Your responsibilities
Currently we are searching for a Payroll Specialist to support our AGS HR & Payroll team from our hub in Katowice. If you're looking to work in an international environment and acquire new knowledge in payroll legislation, we will support you in achieving greater heights!
For the right candidate our team and company will provide effective training workshops so that you can independently process end to end payroll for our portfolio of clients in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
Maintains accuracy of payroll data;
Processes payroll for either German, Austrian or Swiss clients;
Sets up new hires or employee transfers and compiles payroll data;
Maintains statistical payroll information for use in decision making and expense control;
Checks accuracy of employee time reporting;
Print and mail payroll checks;
Answers phone and email inquiries.
Our requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources or Administration. Candidates who have relevant working experience and proven track record are invited to apply as well;
At least 2 years of experience in processing payroll end to end;
Ability to work with large volumes of information;
Fluency in English;
Experience in a similar role or business with good client servicing skills is preferred;
Outgoing, friendly and a team player.
