Payroll Officer with foreign languages – FULLY REMOTELY!

Your key tasks:
- Maintaining accuracy of payroll data
- Processing payroll for either German, Austrian or Swiss clients
- Setting up new hires or employee transfers and compiles payroll data
- Maintaining statistical payroll information for use in decision making and expense control
- Checking accuracy of employee time reporting
- Printing and mailing payroll check
- Answering phone and email inquiries
We expect:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in: Accounting, Human Resources or Administration / any similar
- At least 1 year of experience in processing payroll end to end; experience in German or Swiss market would be highly appreciated
- Ability to work with large volumes of information
- Fluent in English (good German or French will be a big plus)
- Experience in a similar role or business with good client servicing skills would be a plus
- Goal and business oriented attitude
