Your responsibilities

  • Running the optimal organizational design, processes and procedures to achieve Mars Financial Services objectives.

  • Managing and developing highly engaged Mars Financial Services associates, including local and remote teams in respective countries.

  • Providing strong payroll leadership on cross functional teams consisting of associates, external advisors, outside vendors (that interact with Payroll (e.g., Benefits, HR, Commercial).

  • Take an active role as a business leader within the team and support the overall objectives of the business.

  • Managing the Payroll processes ensuring compliance to the Policies and Legal requirements.

  • Driving standardization and continuous improvement of the Payroll.

  • Managing internal and external audits in Payroll and T&A areas.

  • Effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders in Business Unit, Mars Finance Service, payroll team.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • 5+ years business experience, including Payroll, Time and attendance.

  • People management experience.

  • Knowledge of payroll leading systems, processes and policies.

  • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, obtain mutual agreement as to resolution and implement change.

  • Fluent English.
