Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Payroll Professional, you will work with our IBM Payroll and the broader HR team in the country to ensure continued successful delivery of services in support of employees in Poland. You will participate in execution of the every-day dealings and handle exceptional situations/requests/issues. You will support one-of the kind initiatives.

In order to be successful in the role, you will need to absorb professional knowledge and develop skills quickly, and to collaborate effectively with others. You will be expected to look for improvement opportunities and to assist implementation of changes for our organisation to do faster, to deliver better results and to enhance employee experience.

In this role, you will:

•Contribute to delivery of payroll services in line with local legal regulations, corporate policies and procedures

•Participate in monthly payroll operations, including maintenance of employee records, execution of selected controls and reporting

•Support time management related activities (absences and attendances)

•Cooperate with upstream and downstream processes, internal functions (primarily HR, Finance, Treasury, HR Accounting) and external payroll supplier

•Handle employee queries and other incoming questions/ requests

•Support internal and external audits, inspections and requests, where needed

•Help team collaboration and execution of activities on a country level

•Contribute to internal projects, as required
