Your responsibilities
In this position you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high quality and consistent operational execution and compliant payroll services whilst providing a highly positive employee experience.
You will report directly to the Global Payroll & Reward Service Delivery Lead and will work closely with the HR Operations team, across the broader HR function and directly with the business.
Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of global payrolls by working with third party vendors (in line with agreed service level agreements and internal performance measures) as well as ensuring timely and accurate processing of multiple country payrolls (Germany, Netherlands and France), managing issues and escalating them accordingly.
Auditing of multi country bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls and where necessary reviewing and processing of annual tax.
Transforming payroll files from third-party vendors into the global template in Excel and working closely with peers and HR global Service Delivery and Global Payroll Team Lead to escalate and raise risks and themes that may need to be discussed or remedied at a Leadership level.
Working with internal and external J-Sox compliance team. Understanding and following strictly all J-Sox policy to ensure 100% compliance during audits as well as planning and managing the global payroll auditing and calendar.
Collaborating and building robust relationships with other business areas / external providers to ensure that the HR global Service Delivery and payroll team is proactively included in planning activities that affect service or resource requirements.
Our requirements
Proven experience in a similar global Payroll & Reward Service Delivery position dedicated to payroll process management in Germany, Netherlands and/or France (at least for two of those countries) is a must.
Excellent knowledge of Excel combined with a great analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently and not being afraid to take decisions and having the hunger to move forward and shape processes.
University degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
