Your Responsabilities

  • The payroll specific activities in SAP according to the legal provisions in Poland and according to EGGER Group standards
  • Develop and implement compensations strategies together with HR Management
  • Prepare HR specific monthly reports

Our requirements

  • Economics/Technical/HR Related studies
  • + 2 years’ experience activities
  • Communicative in English
  • Analytical thinking, hands on approach, problem solving and very good organizing skills
  • Very good IT knowledge, with experience in working with Excel and payroll related programs (SAP can be considered an advantage)
