Your responsibilities
Payroll data preparation and payroll calculation including copyrights
Gathering information on hours worked for each employee
Calculating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
Bailiff deductions
Preparing the pay orders through an electronic system
ZUS, PFRON, GUS declarations and reports
Preparing PIT declarations and distributing them accordingly (including annual reports/tax returns)
Contacting external institutions (US, ZUS, GUS)
Assisting during audits/inspections
Serving Płatnik system (registering and de-registering employees)
Managing benefits (private life insurance, private medical care, sports cards etc.)
Our requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in payroll area in an independent position
Proficiency in regulations related to: work time, income tax, social security, social funds, etc.
“Płatnik” software knowledge
Knowledge of the Symfonia Kadry-Płace Software
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Good command of excel
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Ability to work as a part of the team using own initiative
Very good communication and interpersonal skills

The position will support the Payroll data preparation and payroll calculation for our Poland operation.
